A Letter to Our Prospective Customers .. Why Consider Us
Trevor and I started Raintek after a decade of working for other people. The most important lesson we learned from this experience was that “sweating the small stuff” was the key to a happy customer. Happy customers not only call you back, they recommend you to their friends. And in a small community like Victoria, everyone knows how important referrals from friends and family are.
Focusing on the little things – like never quoting without a site inspection, showing up on time, offering to hand dig trenches to preserve precious landscaping, keeping job sites meticulous, giving each customer a “project file” at the end of each job – all of these details are where many contractors let their clients down. We saw there was opportunity to be different and we seized it.
Today we insist that all of our crews follow a detailed step-by-step process – from the first phone call to the final raking of a site – so that customers always feel well-informed and that they’re getting the best value for their money. It doesn’t mean that we’re perfect – we’re always looking for ways to improve – but it does mean that we follow through on what we promise.
That’s why I strongly encourage you to call either Trevor or myself if you ever have any concerns. After all, we live and work in Victoria too. Your neighbours are our neighbours.
