We contacted Trevor at Raintek in Sept 2010 when we found water in our basement. We had prompt service that day(which was a Sunday)and after further investigation we found out that we had some fairly extensive work to do to our drain tile and lateral line.

Trevor and Jeff were very professional and open with us as we went through this process, explaining things to us along the way. Their crew were very good about the removal of plants, protecting the landscaping as much as possible, and they did an excellent job of putting things back together with a minimal amount of mess. After they were done they tested our irrigation system to ensure nothing had been damaged during the drain renewal process. A number of people even commented on the fact that things had been “put back together” extremely well.

Worth a mention also is the fact that they put a temporary sump pump in for us for peace of mind while the work was in progress. For some reason the pump failed one night and they came out at 1 o’clock in the morning to fix it for us. They then came the next day with a new one just to be on the safe side.

Replacing drain tile is not a “fun” experience for any homeowner, but we felt and still feel we are in good hands.
