Picture Gallery .. Before / During / After

Our extensive before and after gallery gives you an in-depth look at the process, from the very beginning to the end. See how we solve homeowners drainage and leave them with a long lasting soltion to keep their homes dry.

Step 1: The problem

The first step involves identifying the source of drainage issue, clogging, etc.

Step 2: Excavation

In this particular case, we are resurfacing a driveway, and providing a new “California Drainage” system.

Step 3: Fully Cleared

Once fully cleared and excavated, we can begin laying the foundation for the new interlocking brick driveway, drainage and retaining walls.

Step 4: New Driveway

The driveway, retaining walls and new California Drainage system begin to take shape. Proper grading and site construction are fundamental.

Step 5: Attention to Detail

We continue to build up the remainder of the interlocking brick system, expanding on the newly installed drainage system.

Step 6: Continued Construction

As you can see, the new drainage system continually keeps water away from the foundation. This system also allows for easy cleaning & maintenance.

Step 7: Finishing up

Your satisfaction and confidence in our workmanship is important, we don’t leave until the job is done.

Before / After – Foundation Restoration

Keeping your perimeter drainage flowing properly is one of the most important aspects of maintaining the health of your home over its life. Without proper drainage, major water damage can occur to the structure and foundation of your home. Take a look at a quick before and after foundation restoration.

Step 1: Exposing exterior Foundation

We start by exposing the deteriorating exterior foundation, allowing us to make a proper assessment on what repairs are necessary.

Step 2: Foundation Repair

As you can see, we’ve repaired the exterior. Rather than use band-aid solutions on the interior of your home, we prefer to actually SOLVE the problem.

Step 3: Backfill, Drainage & Membrane

We prefer not to use “Band-aid” solutions on the interior of your basement. The final step involves back filling with drain rock, proper drainage and grading, and finally a membrane against the homes exterior to keep water away and flowing through your new drains.
